Format: Practice + Prelims → Top 16 → Single Elimination Finals
Elite Division: Open to ages 12+
Age Groups: 7-12, 13–15, 16–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40-60, 60+, Adaptive (Para)

Each athlete runs 2 prelim races. Top 16 in each group advance to Day 2 Finals.
Finals are single-elimination bracket-style until a champion is crowned.

The Course

The international competition OCR 100m course is a one hundred meter (100 m) long “sprint” obstacle course race (OCR) with twelve (12) standard obstacles, validated by Fédération International de Sports d’Obstacles (FISO) for international competitions and records.
