All athletes, coaches, board members and officials of Obstacle Sports Canada are governed by the organisation’s code of conduct. This policy outlines the organisation’s expectations for appropriate behaviour and decision making. Compliance will be subject to monitoring.

Obstacle Sports Canada (OSC) is a non-profit corporation, and as such, subject to the laws of incorporation and governance as set out by the Government of Canada and the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act S.C. 2009, c.23 including the regulations made pursuant to the Act, and any statute or regulations that may be substituted, as amended from time to time.
